New ownership group comprised of five Green Bay area individuals purchase golf club from the Frank M. Cowles family. Horseshoe Bay Development was separated from the golf club at this time and Horseshoe Bay Farms was sold to Glenn and Barb Timmerman.
Members and owners celebrate the golf club’s 10 year anniversary.
Member based group, Horseshoe Bay Founders Group llc, purchases the golf club and soon elects a six person executive board to govern club operations.
Ownership forgoes lease and purchases the Beach Club from the Frank M. Cowles family.
Horseshoe Bay Founder’s Group llc completes first capital investment projects with the Beach Club remodel and a Clubhouse Deck expansion. Both projects supported their interest directly in the member’s offerings at the club.
Horseshoe Bay Farms sold by Glenn and Barb Timmerman to Horseshoe Bay Farms Inc in order to preserve the farms history.
Owners and members will celebrate the club’s 20 year anniversary.
